CONTRACT CONDITIONS
1. The Lease Agreement will be signed exclusively for Lease Agreement with Fixed Term (without renewal);
2. Apartment has a maximum capacity of 2;
3. Apartment is furnished and equipped (including washing machine to be installed in the bathroom, and dishwasher);
4. Payment of Income is made by Bank Transfer;
5. When signing of the Lease Agreement, it is due to be paid:
– The security deposit, in the amount equivalent to 1 (one) rent, to safeguard the apartment and to ensure the good maintenance of the property and all its stuffing and equipment, as well as its cleaning on the date of departure;
– The income of the 1st month of use in advance;
6. The prospective tenant has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment for prior authorization and to make a backup deposit under penalty of contractual termination;
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
8. The TV, Internet and Telephone, Electricity and Water of the leased fraction are at the tenant ́s expense;
