- The income of the 1st month of use in advance;
7. The potential tenant has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment for prior authorization and to make a security deposit under penalty of contractual termination;
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
9. The leased fraction's TV, Internet and Telephone, Electricity and Water are borne by the Lessee;
