CONTRACT TERMS

4. Payment of Rent is made by Bank Transfer;
5. With the signing of the Booking Agreement, you will pay:
– A deposit, in the amount equivalent to 1 (one) rent, intended to reserve the apartment and ensure the good maintenance of the property and all its contents and equipment, as well as cleaning it on the departure date;
6. With the signing of the Lease Agreement, you will pay:
– The income of the 1st month of use in advance;
7. The potential tenant has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment for prior authorization and to make a security deposit under penalty of contractual termination;
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
9. The leased fraction’s TV, Internet and Telephone, Electricity and Water are borne by the Lessee;
*reserves the right not to enter into the lease agreement, if the guarantees offered are, in its assessment, insufficient.

5. When signing of the Lease Agreement, it is due to be paid:
– The security deposit, in the amount equivalent to 1 (one) rent, to safeguard the apartment and to ensure the good maintenance of the property and all its stuffing and equipment, as well as its cleaning on the date of departure;
– The income of the 1st month of use in advance;
6. The prospective tenant has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment for prior authorization and to make a backup deposit under penalty of contractual termination;
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
8. The TV, Internet and Telephone, Electricity and Water of the leased fraction are at the tenant ́s expense;
*reserves the right not to conclude the lease, if the guarantees offered are, in its opinion, insufficient.
