– The income of the 1st month of use in advance;
6. The prospective tenant has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment for prior authorization and to make a backup deposit under penalty of contractual termination;
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
8. The TV, Internet and Telephone, Electricity and Water of the leased fraction are at the tenant ́s expense;
*reserves the right not to conclude the lease, if the guarantees offered are, in its opinion, insufficient.
