Amazing Liberdade Apt Ground Floor

The lovely apt with AC has capacity for 4 people located next to Av. Liberdade, surrounded by touristic attractions, restaurants and cafe. This ground-floor apartment with AC is fully furnished and equipped with brand-new kitchen essentials for your convenience. Decorated in a simple yet bold style, it is located near Bairro Alto, Avenida da Liberdade, and the Miradouro de S. Pedro de Alcântara. Despite its central location near Lisbon’s major attractions, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment includes a comfortable double bedroom with a Queen-size bed (2m x 1.6m), a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Wi-Fi is available upon arrival, and guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and its complimentary amenities. Additional Information: . It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals. . 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 set of towel is provided per guest. The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel. . There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel. To help you get started, you will get a short meet up at the house with our hosts. They will check you in, hand over the keys personally and provide you some good tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience in Lisbon. . Checkin: from 3PM to 8PM. Checkin later than 10PM won't be accepted. Checkout: until 11AM. . Late check in from 8pm to 9pm has an extra cost of 30€. . Late check in from 9pm to 10pm has an extra cost of 40€. . If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in. .Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is: *40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum. *60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum. If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival. . For emergency after 8pm you can contact us through our Guest Line number. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. *Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.* . During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied. . Please, don't forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn't follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it. . If guests lose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We're very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously. . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D . There are two steps from the street level to the apartment's entry door level. Please, check last pictures from the listing. . Please, be aware that the apt sits in a very lively neighborhood during the night. Thus, there might be some noise during coming from the street. Though the apartment is equipped with double glass windows and the bedrooms are oriented to a calmer street, there might be potential for noise. For those more sensitive to noise, we recommend to bring earplugs. . When parking: there are some surrounding area that are restricted to residents only or paid with very high rates for a limited time. We either recommend parking on private parkings nearby the apartment or just exploring the city on foot due to its privileged location next to most attractions in the city center and easy access to public transportation. There are some areas nearby there offer a few street parking options, but it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. Apartment sits close to Bairro Alto (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood) and the Principe Real. . From June 10th to the 13th we celebrate 'Santos Populares' in Lisbon, a very typical celebration where people celebrate on streets with loud music. It happens basicaly the whole month of June, but the busiest days are the ones we mentioned. It's a lovely celebration for those who enjoy this kind of very busy event, with lots of people on the streets. If you don´t enjoy it, then, we would recommend to avoid Alfama, Bairro Alto, Mouraria, and Graça neighborhoods where the festivites happen and streets are very crowded.
