Lovely apt (58m²) sits on a quiet street at a historical quarter Chiado next to Luis Camoes Square and the iconic Bica funicular. The newly renovated 2nd Floor duplex apartment is well-furnished, equipped with brand new kitchen utensils and nicely decorated. Morerover, it is also located in a very lively and central quarter, Chiado. It’s walking distance from the Baixa Metro, Cais do Sodré Train Station, and Time Out Market. Sitting close to the cheerful Bairro Alto and the glamorous city center (Principe Real), you have easily access to local attractions, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This lovely 2nd Floor duplex apt on a recently restored building (there is no lift) is composed of '1' bedroom with queen bed, a living-room and fully equipped small open-plan kitchen with dining space, a stylish bathroom, on the upper floor there is a queen bed and '1' toillet. '1' Bedroom with queen-bed: with access to a closet space, it is furnished with 2 nightstand and a comfortable double-bed to help you get a better night's sleep after a long day out sight-seeing. There is also a window next to bed. Do not worry about the clarity, there is blackout curtains to shut down the daylight. . '1' Bathroom: very modern and elegant, it is composed of a shower, a large mirror, a bathroom countertop and a toilet. . Living-Room & Dining Space: the cozy open-plan living-room & dining space combines modern furniture and stylish decor to create a welcoming and comfy space. It has wide windows with double glasses and blackout curtains, contains furnishings such as a small dining table with chairs, TV complemented by trendy frames selection. . Small Open-Plan Kitchen: if you like to enjoy a delicious homemade meal, although it is small, the brand-new kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, such as toaster, coffe machine, mixer, and cookware. So, this can be your “playground”. Ah, no need to worry about washing the dishes. Let the dish washer do it for you! Moreover, there is also a wash-dry machine in the apartment. Upper Floor. Guests will have access to the entire apt & all free amenities available. Apt´s Additional Information:. Apt sits on a historical zone where parking space might be restricted to residents only or paid with very high rates for a limited time. We either recommend parking on private parkings nearby the apartment or just exploring the city on foot due to its priveleged location next to most attractions in the city center and easy access to plublic transportation. It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals . Checkin: from 3PM. Checkout: until 11AM. . 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 set of towel is provided per guest. The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel.. There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel.. For additional cleaning during the stay, the guest will have to require it upon the booking confirmation. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly. . The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment is not organized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge. . The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.. Please, don´t forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn´t follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it.. If guests loose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously. To help you get started, you will get a short meet up at the house with our hosts. They will check you in, hand over the keys personally and provide you some good tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience in Lisbon. Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is:* 40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum. * 60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum. If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival. . Parking: Please note that as the apartment is located in a historical zone, parking may be restricted to residents or subject to high rates for limited time periods - it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. Apartment sits close to Bairro Alto (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood). We recommend utilizing nearby private parkings or exploring the city on foot, taking advantage of our prime location and easy access to public transportation. . Access and Quiet Hours: We kindly request your attention to the building's quiet time hours, which are in effectfrom 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, we kindly ask you to be considerate and maintain a tranquil atmosphere. . Please be aware that our apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, and has street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise.
