The lower floor features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a spacious living area perfect for relaxation. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, is complemented by a dining space ideal for enjoying meals. Upstairs, you'll find a unique attic bedroom with a queen bed and air conditioning, providing a peaceful escape. Please note, due to the sloped ceiling in the attic, there may be limited headroom and some difficulty moving around in certain areas of the room, which adds to the room's character. Wi-Fi is available upon arrival, and guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and its complimentary amenities. Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D Parking: Please note that as the apartment is located in a historical zone, parking may be restricted to residents or subject to high rates for limited time periods - it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. Apartment sits close to Bairro Alto (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood).. We recommend utilizing nearby private parkings or exploring the city on foot, taking advantage of our prime location and easy access to public transportation. Access and Quiet Hours: The apartment is accessible via backdoor stairs within the building. We kindly request your attention to the building's quiet time hours, which are in effectfrom 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, we kindly ask you to be considerate and maintain a tranquil atmosphere, particularly for the residents on the Ground Floor who may be more affected by noise generated from the use of the stairs. Please be aware that our apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, and there may be some street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise.
