To make your arrival smooth and easy, we will send you all the details around 30 minutes before check-in. . It is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment. . For emergency after 6 PM you can contact us through our Guest Line number. . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D Parking: Please note that as the apartment is located in a historical zone, parking may be restricted to residents or subject to high rates for limited time periods - it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 1 AM (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Apartment sits close to Bairro Alto (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood).. We recommend utilizing nearby private parkings or exploring the city on foot, taking advantage of our prime location and easy access to public transportation. Please be aware that our apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, and there may be some street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise.
