Garage with 1 free parking space. Note that with the garage access ramp, large vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering due to the angles of the garage and the size of the space for parking. The parking spot available in the building of the apartment it's recommended only for small/medium cars (dimensions: 1,70m width x 4,00m length x 2,00m height). .Low cars can't enter the garage due to the ramp . Apartment sits on a calm street, however, in front of our building there is a hostel that might bring some noise some days depending on the guests. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with code while in or outside the apartment. . If guests lose the building's keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the building after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We're very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously. . During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied.
