During this period, we kindly ask you to be considerate and maintain a tranquil atmosphere, particularly for the residents on the Ground Floor who may be more affected by noise generated from the use of the stairs. . Noise: Please be aware that our apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, and has street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise. . Please note that, as this is a studio apartment with limited natural ventilation and no exterior windows, a smell may occasionally be noticeable. .
