Located on a quiet street in historic Chiado, the apartment is just steps from Luís de Camões Square, the iconic Bica Funicular and Santa Catarina Viewpoint. Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré, Baixa, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. . Check-in is self-service. To make your arrival smooth and easy, we will send you all the details around 30 minutes before check-in. . It is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment. . For emergency after 6 PM you can contact us through our Guest Line number. . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D Parking: Please note that as the apartment is located in a historical zone, parking may be restricted to residents or subject to high rates for limited time periods - it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 1 AM (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Apartment sits close to Bairro Alto (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood).. We recommend utilizing nearby private parkings or exploring the city on foot, taking advantage of our prime location and easy access to public transportation. Access and Quiet Hours: The apartment is accessible via backdoor stairs within the building. We kindly request your attention to the building's quiet time hours, which are in effectfrom 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, we kindly ask you to be considerate and maintain a tranquil atmosphere, particularly for the residents on the Ground Floor who may be more affected by noise generated from the use of the stairs. Please be aware that our apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, and has street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. *Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.* . During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied. . Please, don't forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn't follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it. . If guests lose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We're very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously.
