To help you get started, you will be warmly welcomed at the property by our hosts, who will personally check you in, hand over the keys, and share useful tips and recommendations to help you enjoy an unforgettable stay in Lisbon. . Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM . Check-in after 10:00 PM is not available. . Check-out: until 11:00 AM Late check-in is possible, subject to an additional fee, which helps ensure the availability of our team outside regular working hours: . 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: €30 . 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €40 Any applicable late check-in fee is payable upon arrival. . It is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment . For emergency after 6 PM you can contact us through our Guest Line number. . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D . Apartment sits on a typical Portuguese building with families living there. Overall our neighbors are very sensitive to noise after quiet hours. Thus, house and condominium rules must be really respected. . Events and/or parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment. . Garage with 1 free parking space. Note that with the garage access ramp, large vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering due to the angles of the garage and the size of the space for parking. The parking spot available in the building of the apartment it's recommended only for small/medium cars (dimensions: 1,70m width x 4,00m length x 2,00m height) . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. *Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.* . During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied. . Please, don't forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn't follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it. . If guests lose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We're very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously.
