The newly renovated 1st Floor apt is nested in a quiet square in the heart of Alfama offers the charm and comfort of fully furnished apt. It is also located within walking distance from many points of cultural interest such as Se Cathedral, the Castle São Jorge, The National Pantheon, Portas do Sol viewpoint places where you can listen to Fado, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor is well-furnished and composed of a bedroom, a second room with sofa-bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. '1' Bedroom: it is furnished with a stylish luminaire on the nightstand, one window, air-conditioning and a a double-bed. . '1' Bathroom: composed of a shower, a mirror, a bathroom countertop and a toilet. . Living Room: It contains furnishings such as a sofa, chair, and TV on a sideboard. . Kitchen & Dining Space: if you like to enjoy a delicious homemade meal, the brand-new kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, such as coffee machine, dishwasher and cookware. Here you can also be connected! Wi-Fi access is provided once you arrive at the apt. Guests will have access to the entire apt & all free amenities available. Additional Apartment´s Information:Apartment sits in the Alfama historical zone (more pedestrian area). Parking is only allowed for residents with special license. Only Taxi with special permission has access to the historical zone (uber are not allowed). Additional Information:. Information for Nacional Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Information about your identification will be required, please provide them to your hosts. It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals. Checkin: from 4PM. Checkout: until 11AM. . If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in.. 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 set of towel is provided per guest. The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel.. There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel.. For additional cleaning during the stay, the guest will have to require it upon the booking confirmation. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly. . The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment is not organized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge. . The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.. If guests loose our keys or forget the keys on the doorlock or inside the apartment (i.e. the hosts and guests will be locked out of the apartment), 200€ fee for locksmith will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously. To help you get started, you will get a short meet up at the house with our hosts. They will check you in, hand over the keys personally and provide you some good tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience in Lisbon. Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is:* 40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum.* 60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum.If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival. . Potential for noise: For those who light-sleepers, it is highly recommended to bring ear plugs. Apartment´s entrance door is directly connect to the street (there is no hall in between). . Parking is only allowed for residents with a special license. Only taxis with special permission have access to the historic area (uber is not allowed). In addition, the apartment has direct access from the street (some street noise may be heard). . Alfama is a lively neighborhood, which means that there has noise coming from the street after quiet hours.. Apartment is located in a Historic Area of Lisbon, there is no access to the most advanced fiber optic technology, so you may experience instability in the internet connection. However, if you do not have full access to the internet at all, we kindly ask you to be informed so we can contact the responsible company. . Though the apartment was entirely remodeled and equipped with modern electrical equipments, there might be some electrical shortage when using all of them at once due to the fact that the apartament is located on historical zone | city center - public electricity infrastructure from the street was not updated yet. We always recommend to manage electrical equipement use to not overload the electrical panel. . From June 10th to the 13th we celebrate 'Santos Populares' in Lisbon, a very typical celebration where people celebrate on streets with loud music. It happens basicaly the whole month of June, but the busiest days are the ones we mentioned. It´s a lovely celebration for those who enjoy this kind of very busy event, with lots of people on the streets. If you don´t enjoy it, then, we would recommend to avoid Alfama, Bairro Alto, Mouraria, and Graça neighborhoods where the festivites happen and streets are very croweded.
