This brand-new 1st-floor apartment is beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable and inviting stay for up to two guests. Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is: *40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum. *60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum. Please, always remember to lock the apartment. . Please make sure the door is properly closed when leaving the apartment. A fee of €200 will be charged if the door is left open at check-out. . Please, be aware that the apt sits in a very lively neighborhood during the night. Thus, there has noise during coming from the street. For those more sensitive to noise, we recommend to bring earplugs. . From June 10th to the 13th we celebrate 'Santos Populares' in Lisbon, a very typical celebration where people celebrate on streets with loud music. It happens basicaly the whole month of June, but the busiest days are the ones we mentioned. It's a lovely celebration for those who enjoy this kind of very busy event, with lots of people on the streets. If you don´t enjoy it, then, we would recommend to avoid Alfama, Bairro Alto, Mouraria, and Graça neighborhoods where the festivites happen and streets are very crowded.
